Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role supports network expansion, technology innovation, and enhanced customer experience across our telecommunications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor large‑scale engineering or telecom projects from inception to implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance frameworks and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost‑benefit analyses to inform decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business and network expansion strategies.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and service quality.
• Track project KPIs, budgets and resource utilization, preparing regular progress reports for senior management.
• Perform post‑implementation reviews and transition completed projects to operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and ISO documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer) or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale engineering or telecom projects and high‑value budgets.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, planning and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
