About the role
The Programme Coordinator will support the Jaffna branch by ensuring that all students receive the necessary study materials, academic calendar, timetables and assignment assistance. Acting as a bridge between students, lecturers and partner foreign universities, the role helps maintain smooth academic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide required information, study materials and the academic calendar to all students.
- Create, communicate and manage class timetables.
- Facilitate student assignment work and coordinate with lecturers for appropriate time slots.
- Liaise with foreign universities and collaborate with other branches.
- Assist in student registration with awarding foreign bodies.
Required profile
- Degree in Computing or Business Management.
- Master’s degree in IT or MBA is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day.
- Target‑oriented and a strong team player.
