Pre School Center Manager – Kaduwela

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pre School Center Manager to lead our Kaduwela centre. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality early childhood education, smooth daily operations, and a welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare teachers each day with teaching aids and learning activities.
• Lead staff meetings, maintain agendas and minutes.
• Organise parent‑teacher meetings, concerts and events.
• Manage student admissions, registrations and fee collection.
• Oversee petty‑cash handling and banking of term fees.
• Promote the centre to achieve optimal enrollment and growth.
• Maintain a child‑friendly learning environment while upholding operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in teaching, preschool management or a similar role.
• Degree, Master’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Computer literacy.
