Part‑Time IT Lecturer (Undergraduate & Postgraduate)

About the role

Millennium Campus seeks a dynamic Part‑Time IT Lecturer to inspire undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will design and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops, blending theory with real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare structured lesson plans, course materials and industry‑relevant assessments for IT modules.
• Guide students through hands‑on software development tasks, lab sessions and capstone projects.
• Integrate emerging technologies and AI workflows into daily teaching.
• Evaluate coursework, provide academic mentoring and participate in departmental reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of lecturing experience in higher education or professional programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in core IT concepts and practical software development.
• Excellent presentation, classroom management and familiarity with hybrid teaching models.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted developer tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery.
