About the role
Barista Coffee Lanka, the largest café chain in Sri Lanka, is seeking experienced Outlet Managers to lead its growing network of over 96 locations. The role involves overseeing daily café operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving business performance.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry or café operations
- Experience in international café chains is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer‑focused attitude with a pleasant personality
