Operations Executive – Night Shift (US Time Standard)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to work the night shift, aligning with U.S. business hours. The role focuses on verifying patients’ insurance coverage, documenting outcomes, and supporting the revenue cycle management process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage and obtain detailed benefit information.
• Accurately record call outcomes, update verification details, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive notes in the revenue cycle management or practice management system.
• Organize initial and follow‑up benefit verifications and stay updated on payer policies and process changes.

Required profile

• 6 months to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in revenue cycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work the night shift (7 PM–4 AM or 8 PM–5 AM) and follow the U.S. holiday calendar.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.

Required skills
