About the role
Legacy Health LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to join its Revenue Cycle Management team on the night shift. You will verify patient insurance coverage, document interactions, and help keep the revenue cycle running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Call insurance companies to verify patient coverage and gather benefit details.
- Document call notes and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Record actions and post notes on the customer’s revenue‑cycle platform (PMS).
- Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.
- Stay up‑to‑date with insurance policy changes.
Required profile
- 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience (RCM experience preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High energy, self‑driven, problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to work U.S. standard hours on a night shift (7 pm–4 am or 8 pm–5 am).
- Transportation provided within a 20 km radius.
