Network Engineer – Engineering Services

About the role

The Network Engineer will ensure smooth operation of Superloop's global network, delivering maximum performance and availability to customers. You will build, support, and maintain network devices and services across the infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade network infrastructure, including migrations to new platforms.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot faults, and respond to support tickets.
• Maintain network documentation, inventory, and adhere to change management processes.
• Collaborate with NOC, Presales, Provisioning, and other business units to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of networking experience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6.
• Understanding of Ethernet switching technologies.
• Familiarity with MPLS and IP routing/forwarding.
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience (highly regarded).
