Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Aspect Legal is seeking a Marketing Project Manager who will work directly with the Managing Partner/Director to turn strategic ideas into actionable marketing projects. This fully remote position operates on Australian business hours and collaborates with an established Sri Lankan team.

Key responsibilities

• Own priority marketing projects from concept through launch, then monitor and improve them post‑launch.
• Develop and execute cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives, scaling as the marketing function expands.
• Provide weekly progress, blocker, and results reports directly to the Managing Partner.
• Translate brainstorming sessions into detailed, sequenced project plans.

Required profile

• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification (CIM accepted) with a strong academic record.
• 2–3 years of end‑to‑end project ownership, with concrete examples of planning, milestones, and outcomes.
• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to learn the tools used by the firm.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with project plans and milestones.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and contribute original ideas.
