About the role

The client is a technology and digital solutions company delivering cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, and digital innovation services worldwide. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing and demand‑generation initiatives, driving qualified leads and pipeline growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns including email, digital, social media, SEO, paid media, events, webinars, and partner channels.
• Build lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and technical teams to create targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion.
• Oversee CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and performance tracking, monitoring budgets, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and measure marketing ROI.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
