Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the creation and execution of marketing plans for Kai’s hospitality and fashion brands, ensuring alignment with the group’s brand identity and growth goals. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Colombo.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse customer trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for locations such as Kai Colombo, Kai Pool Beach Club and Kai Ahangama.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop promotional materials and support event activations.
• Manage content creation, social media publishing and communication for brand touchpoints.
• Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and recommend improvements to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or fashion marketing is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Colombo and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using social media platforms for brand promotion.
• Basic analytics skills for measuring campaign effectiveness.
