Lead Talent Acquisition – DPO/BPM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead - Talent Acquisition (DPO/BPM) to lead recruitment efforts across our Digital Process Outsourcing (DPO) line of business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, leading a team of recruiters, partnering with business leaders and ensuring the timely hiring of high-quality talent to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition function for the DPO line of business.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume hiring requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish relationships with universities, professional networks, and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing recruitment within a DPO, BPO, Shared Services, or high‑volume hiring environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
