Junior Marketing & Community Coordinator

About the role

Creative Software is seeking a Junior Marketing & Community Coordinator to support brand presence, engage the community, and ensure consistent communication across channels. You will coordinate internal and external initiatives, maintain digital assets, and assist with marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Organise internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and community‑building meet‑ups.
• Coordinate external tech meet‑ups, networking events and employer‑branding activities.
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage a social‑media calendar, publish posts and monitor audience engagement.
• Update the company website, work with designers/developers, and apply SEO best practices.
• Track campaign performance, email metrics and community engagement.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM segments and execute email‑marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, community engagement or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
