Intern - Marketing, Sales & Process Implementation

About the role

This internship offers hands-on experience working closely with different teams in digital marketing, lead generation, sales support, customer engagement, market research and process improvement. Depending on your interests and strengths, you may focus on one or more of these areas. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing: support social media content planning and digital marketing; help with content creation, campaigns and promotions; conduct market and competitor research; prepare marketing materials and presentations; monitor engagement and campaign results.
• Sales and business development: support lead generation and prospect research; identify and research potential customers and opportunities; assist with email, LinkedIn and other outreach; maintain and update CRM records; support the sales team with follow-ups and reporting.
• Process implementation: document and improve internal processes; support new workflows, tools and systems; spot process gaps and suggest improvements; collect data, report and track progress; coordinate with teams.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree, recent graduate or someone building a career in marketing, sales, business, IT, management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive, curious and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working with different teams and learning new tools.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital platforms
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
