HR Operations & Governance Executive

About the role

Pan Asia Bank is seeking a proactive HR Operations & Governance Executive to lead its HR Information System (HRIS) administration and support. You will ensure data integrity, drive system improvements, and provide analytical insights that enable strategic decision‑making across the Human Resources department.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain employee profiles, enforce data security and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the HRIS vendor to resolve technical problems and implement new modules.
• Generate, validate, and analyse monthly HR reports and dashboards.
• Deliver HRIS training during induction programmes.
• Prepare MIS, matrix, and analytics reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Support audit and compliance activities, including board paper preparation and responding to audit queries.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and process flow manuals.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing an HR Information System.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
