About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader at Hilton, you will guide a dedicated team to ensure every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment. You will combine hands‑on housekeeping duties with leadership, training, and operational oversight to uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons.
• Assign rooms, inspect cleanliness, verify readiness, and report any discrepancies.
• Manage daily work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventories, and the lost‑and‑found program.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance needs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain service levels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to special guest requests.
