Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Head of Operations to lead the planning, execution and governance of the One Galle Face Shopping Centre and Office Tower, ensuring safe, secure and customer‑focused operations.

Key responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution, management and governance of the shopping centre and office tower operations.
• Provide operational leadership across soft services, engineering & technical services, fire & life safety, security, parking, customer excellence, retail relations, tenant management, fit‑out management, collections coordination, office tower operations, IT operations coordination and regulatory liaison.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 12‑15 years of progressive experience in operations, facilities or property management, hospitality, commercial real estate or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with sound knowledge of safety, security, compliance and risk management.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑functional teams and external service providers.
