Head of Branch Operations – Multiple Outlets

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Branch Operations to lead a network of 20‑50+ outlets across Sri Lanka for a leading food manufacturing company. The role focuses on driving operational performance, profitability, and consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all branch locations island‑wide.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, inventory, waste, and cost metrics for each outlet.
• Lead Branch Managers, Area Managers and other operational teams.
• Ensure uniform implementation of company policies, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Support new branch openings and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing multiple retail or FMCG outlets.
• Proven ability to manage 20‑50+ locations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
