Foundry & New Product Development Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant to support our Foundry and New Product Development team. You will work on Plaster of Paris mold creation, bra cup manufacturing and aluminium casting in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, finishing and measurement of POP molds and bra cup prototypes.
• Support sand mixing, mold preparation and aluminium melting for casting operations.
• Help with mold installation, cleaning, checking and quality inspections.
• Participate in first‑piece sample development, adjustments and final quality checks under supervision.

Required profile

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing/mechanical fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment with good attention to detail.

Required skills

• Plaster of Paris (POP) mold development.
• Aluminium casting and mold preparation.
• Mold measurement and quality inspection.
