Executive Human Resources Officer

About the role

Varun Beverages, the second largest PepsiCo franchisee outside the United States, is expanding its HR team. The Executive Human Resources will oversee outsourced labour management and support plant HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance of outsourced labour at the plant and conduct interviews prior to hiring.
• Deliver induction programmes, coordinate annual medical tests, and manage training and development initiatives.
• Prepare reports for SLS audits, maintain training and disciplinary records, and oversee uniform and safety‑shoe provision.
• Organise company events and coordinate the uniform committee.

Required profile

• BSc in Human Resource Management with at least 1 year of experience, or a Diploma in HRM with 3 years of experience.
• Passed GCE O/L and GCE A/L examinations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
