About the role

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Galadari Colombo is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead its Housekeeping Team. The role brings a commitment to excellence and a detail-driven approach to maintaining an impeccable guest experience, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Train, motivate and inspire the team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating excellent standards and team member management.
• Commercial awareness and a driven, ambitious attitude.
• Clear thinking and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in all housekeeping procedures so as to be a resource when needed.
• Experience in a city 5-star hotel is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of PMS.
• Housekeeping procedures.
