English Teacher – Cambridge English Preparation

About the role

Join Sri Lanka’s largest Cambridge English preparation network as a full‑time English Teacher. You will deliver engaging lessons that align with Cambridge English standards and help students achieve international qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality English language lessons for various age groups.
• Create a fun, interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare learners for Cambridge English exams and other international qualifications.
• Collaborate with a professional academic team to monitor and support student progress.

Required profile

• HND in English with at least 2 years of experience, or a B.A. in English, B.Ed, TESOL, Language Translation, CELTA, TEFL, etc.
• Minimum 6–12 months of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Cambridge English curriculum and exam formats.
• Ability to design lesson plans that meet international standards.
