Destination Concierge Specialist – Premium Guest Experience

About the role

The Destination Concierge Specialist supports premium guests before and during their travel, ensuring every request and celebration feels thoughtfully curated. Working at the intersection of hospitality and logistics, you will deliver seamless, high‑touch experiences in Colombo and across Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bespoke guest requests such as dining reservations, celebratory touches, wellness appointments, and last‑minute itinerary changes.
• Act as the central liaison between hotels, villas, chauffeurs, guides, and operational partners, adapting to real‑time guest needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, concierge‑level knowledge of restaurants, cultural venues, premium retail, wellness centers, and special events.
• Prepare concise guest notes that capture preferences, sensitivities, milestones, and special handling instructions for service teams.
• Resolve in‑destination issues calmly and professionally, minimizing friction for the guest.
• Track recurring request patterns and partner performance to continuously improve the concierge offering.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge, guest relations, premium hospitality, or high‑touch travel support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Sri Lanka’s luxury hospitality landscape and guest expectations.
