About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in Dematagoda. The role involves handling customer inquiries across phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. You will work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow‑ups.
• Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 roster, including weekends.
