Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are a growing real estate and property services company looking for a confident, customer‑oriented Customer Service Officer. You will handle client inquiries, support sales conversions, and deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market property services to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Provide clear information about services and available property listings.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and customer‑service KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, reservations, or a related field (optional).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil proficiency preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, customer‑first mindset and professional appearance.
