Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are a growing real‑estate and property services company looking for a confident, customer‑oriented Customer Service Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, helping to convert interest into sales while delivering exceptional service across phone, email and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market our property services to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, social media and other platforms.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Provide clear information on services and property listings.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and customer‑service KPIs.

Required profile

• School leavers or entry‑level candidates with a positive, customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required, Sinhala/Tamil preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Email handling.
• Use of social media platforms for customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online customer engagement tools.
