Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include customer channel management, case management, onboarding and relationship management, contract and dispute management and more. The role sits within the administrative stream, supporting others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks. Employees may range from entry‑level workers to experienced individual contributors who can execute specialized work to support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and resolve cases.
• Oversee customer onboarding, maintain relationships, and handle contract and dispute matters.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines, and escalate non‑routine problems to senior colleagues or supervisors.

Required profile

• Limited job and business knowledge at the time of hiring, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently within defined boundaries and guidelines, while escalating non‑routine issues as needed.
• Possess skills developed through job‑related training and on‑the‑job experience within the specific discipline.
