Customer Engagement Executive

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Engagement Executives to join our growing team in Colombo. This phone‑based position focuses on having genuine conversations with individuals and businesses, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to new prospects.
• Ask insightful questions to uncover goals and interests.
• Introduce education, career, or professional service opportunities that align with prospects' objectives.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships through follow‑up conversations.
• Handle questions and objections professionally and stay positive when interest is low.
• Document interactions and track progress against individual targets.

Required profile

• Naturally confident, talkative, and comfortable speaking on the telephone.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable with strong listening skills.
• Curious, resilient, and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work towards individual targets and handle rejection positively.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, customer service, admissions, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
