Creative Content Creator – Social Media & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to develop engaging visual and written assets for social media, in‑app communications and digital campaigns. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual and written content for social media, in‑app communications, campaigns and promotions.
• Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Write and proofread content in Sinhala and English.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product and Performance Marketing teams.
• Review content performance and refine based on engagement insights.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and copywriting.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English communication.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, formats and trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
