Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across multiple construction sites and support Project Managers.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, progress and deadlines.
• Arrange and follow up on site meetings, inspections, deliveries and other project activities.
• Track materials, manpower, equipment and other resources.
• Assist with procurement, quotations, purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, reports and approvals.
• Prepare regular progress reports and update management on status.
• Identify delays, issues and risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support cost tracking, variations, contractor claims and payment documentation.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved plans, quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate project handover and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in real estate, property development or large‑scale construction projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, drawings and site activities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to and work at project sites when required.
