About the role

We are seeking a professional, well‑presented Concierge Associate to deliver a 5‑star guest experience in our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high‑end hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide accurate information and recommendations on restaurants, attractions, transportation, shopping, and local activities.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requirements efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and events.
• Assist VIP and high‑profile guests with personalized services when required.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct.
• Record guest requests accurately and follow up to ensure completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, confident, friendly, and well‑groomed personality.
• Ability to handle demanding guests and situations with patience and discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
