About the role
The BluStart Industrial Trainee Program provides hospitality students and industrial training candidates with a hands‑on learning experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, Galadari Colombo. The program runs for 6 or 12 months, depending on institutional requirements, and offers exposure to multiple hotel departments. Candidates who are curious, ambitious and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required profile
- Hospitality & Tourism students currently enrolled in a recognized hospitality or tourism school.
- Industrial training candidates seeking mandatory on‑the‑job experience.
