Cloud Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Euphoris Inc. is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join its remote team. You will help monitor, support and improve private, hybrid and on‑premises cloud environments while ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support private, hybrid and on‑premises cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 operational setting.
• Perform proactive monitoring, alert management, troubleshooting and incident response.
• Provide operational support across cloud infrastructure, networking, systems administration and cybersecurity domains.
• Conduct real‑time cybersecurity monitoring and assist in threat identification, escalation and response.
• Support Microsoft‑based technologies including Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Assist with patching, system maintenance, backup verification and health checks.
• Maintain documentation, incident records and knowledge‑base articles following ITSM best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, monitoring, resiliency and operational processes.
• Participate in shift rotations, after‑hours support and major incident response as needed.

Required profile

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, cloud platforms or managed‑services environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP and routing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as threat monitoring, endpoint security, vulnerability management and incident handling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills in English.
