About the role

Join the culinary team at Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo as a Chef de Partie for All Day Dining. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality dining experiences across the hotel, supporting the kitchen’s smooth operation and upholding the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring all guest meals are prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries, and resolve any issues.
• Execute assigned duties efficiently and professionally, meeting departmental plans and hotel targets.
• Work closely with the immediate supervisor to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity.
• Foster effective working relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a busy hotel or restaurant.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen and deliver consistent quality.
