Channel Manager – Supply Operations

About the role

We are looking for an operational, result‑driven Channel Manager – Supply Operations to lead and scale supply acquisition channels, driver and fleet partner networks, and operational engagement strategies in Colombo.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage direct and indirect supply acquisition channels such as fleet partnerships, referral networks, and field onboarding hubs.
• Monitor and optimize supply availability, partner activation, retention rates, and channel efficiency metrics across key territories.
• Analyze channel performance data, acquisition costs, and operational KPIs using Excel or Google Sheets to drive data‑led decisions.
• Conduct field visits, manage regional partner relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to streamline supply onboarding and driver/rider engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply lifecycle and implement automated or simplified processes to increase conversion rates and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in sales, channel management, fleet operations or supply acquisition, preferably within tech platforms, logistics, e‑commerce or FMCG.
• Professional fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil to communicate across diverse local networks.
• Strong willingness to travel for field operations and access to personal transport (car or bike).

Required skills

• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets for metric tracking and modeling.
