Business Operations Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Straight Sale (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a smart, commercially‑minded and highly organised Business Operations Executive to support its growing real‑estate business. The role offers hands‑on responsibility for coordinating property transactions, client communications and day‑to‑day operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate property enquiries, inspections, meetings and client appointments
• Communicate professionally with property owners, buyers, lawyers and other stakeholders
• Follow up on offers, negotiations, documentation and ongoing transactions
• Maintain accurate property listings, client records and transaction information
• Prepare emails, letters, offers, proposals and other business correspondence
• Assist with property advertisements, listings and marketing content
• Coordinate documentation required for property due diligence and transactions
• Manage schedules, reminders and important follow‑ups
• Support the Managing Director with day‑to‑day business operations
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and dependable
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients
• Able to work independently and use good judgement
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp and digital platforms
• Interested in real estate, business and client relationship management
• Able to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
• Previous experience in real estate, banking, financial services, professional services, sales coordination, business operations or another client‑facing corporate role is an advantage
