Associate Technical Lead – Angular & Spring Boot

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance full‑stack applications using Angular and Spring Boot. The role blends hands‑on coding with technical leadership, solution design, and the adoption of AI‑assisted development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle (design, code, test, deploy, maintain) for Angular front‑ends and Spring Boot back‑ends.
• Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into scalable, secure, cloud‑ready architectures.
• Define and enforce coding standards, reusable patterns, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Design responsive UI components and robust RESTful APIs.
• Review code and designs for performance, security, testability, and maintainability.
• Promote responsible use of AI‑assisted coding tools, ensuring generated code meets security and quality standards.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost developer productivity.
• Guide the team in troubleshooting complex production issues and mitigating technical risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑stack applications with Angular and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture, domain‑driven design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
• Experience integrating AI‑assisted development tools into the workflow.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on security and quality.
