Associate Conveyancer – Residential Property Law

About the role

Imperial Advisors is looking for a motivated Associate or Junior Associate Conveyancer to handle day‑to‑day residential conveyancing tasks. You will work from our Kohuwala office, supporting UK‑based clients while aligning with the firm’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the conveyancing process.
• Conduct due diligence, reviewing title deeds, searches, and mortgage offers.
• Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Handle client and third‑party legal enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate exchange and completion of property transactions, meeting UK business‑hour deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in UK property law and regulations.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Previous experience in UK residential conveyancing protocols.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders in the UK legal context.
