Learning, Development & Team Building

Required profile

5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands‑on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and welfare management
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and compliance
Experience in HR projects, audits, or HRIS implementation is an advantage
University degree in HRM or postgraduate qualification, or similar with CIPM membership
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (both verbal and written)
