Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Establish and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Train, motivate, and inspire the team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proficient in all housekeeping procedures and able to act as a resource when needed.
• Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment, demonstrating excellent standards and team management.
• Commercially aware and driven to inspire the team to exceed service standards.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Property Management System (PMS).
