About the role

We are looking for a Web Solution & Client Engagement Lead to coordinate and manage web projects for international clients. The role serves as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage web‑related projects with global clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and internal coordination.
• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to drive project success.
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining smooth client communication and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in project management, web coordination, or a similar role within the IT/digital sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with clients across different time zones, especially US business hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience with international clients is a definite advantage.
