About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our team on‑site at St. Joseph Hospital. The role involves promoting life, health and general insurance products to hospital customers and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage hospital customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Introduce and promote suitable life, health and general insurance solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through direct interactions and follow‑up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and convert prospects into policyholders.
• Conduct insurance awareness and customer‑engagement activities within the hospital.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Provide professional after‑sales support and maintain long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven personality.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging customers.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, healthcare or sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
