Marketing & Go-to-Market Manager (Remote – Sri Lanka)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Go-to-Market Manager to shape brand identity, define product positioning and drive market entry for a global software company targeting Australia and the US. This remote role is based in Sri Lanka and combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build brand identity, messaging and positioning for new SaaS products.
• Develop and execute 360° go‑to‑market strategies across digital, content, PR and partnership channels.
• Own SEO, manage paid search/social/display campaigns and continuously improve website conversion.
• Create thought‑leadership content, case studies and product collateral for Australian and US audiences.
• Set up sales pipelines, lead‑generation funnels and GTM processes ahead of product launches.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to translate marketing activities into measurable pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or launching a brand and taking it to market, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Hands‑on experience across brand, content, communications and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently, make fast decisions and step into junior leadership.
