Human Resources Consultant

About the role

The Human Resources Consultant will support the Group Head of HR in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the conglomerate’s business objectives. This senior position involves working across the corporate office and multiple clusters to ensure cohesive HR practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Group Head of HR in analyzing and designing group HR plans to support business goals.
• Develop and implement group HR strategies, policies, and succession planning initiatives.
• Update and maintain group/company HR policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Support cluster HR teams in aligning their objectives with overall cluster strategies.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of HR data to generate actionable insights and synchronize activities across clusters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years at Assistant Manager level.
• Additional certifications in Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, or related fields are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best industry practices.
