About the role

SL FOOD tech. seeks a seasoned Carbonated Beverage Industry Expert to collaborate on upcoming training programmes and industry projects. The role focuses on sharing practical knowledge of commercial carbonated beverage manufacturing and supporting facility establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on training and industry‑focused courses covering beverage formulation, carbonation, processing, filling and packaging.
• Support consultancy projects, including equipment selection, process optimisation and troubleshooting for commercial production lines.
• Assist in the establishment of new carbonated beverage facilities and guide clients through implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of direct, hands‑on experience in commercial carbonated beverage manufacturing.
• Strong background in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct practical training and consultancy for industry clients.

Required skills

• Beverage formulation and carbonation techniques.
• Processing, filling and packaging operations for carbonated drinks.
• Equipment selection, process optimisation and troubleshooting on commercial lines.
