About the role

Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair suspension systems across a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform wheel alignments, shock absorber replacements, and bushing installations.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain steering systems and chassis components.
- Lead and manage branch technical operations independently.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional service.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic (suspension experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Technical qualifications from a recognized institute (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and lead technical operations.
