Service Engineer – Customer Service Operations

About the role

As a Service Engineer you will be the front‑line representative of Tetra Pak, ensuring that food processing and packaging equipment operates at peak performance for our customers. You will travel to client sites, solve technical problems, and support operators to keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Analyze technical issues, escalate when necessary, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food‑quality, and reporting standards.
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and suggest improvements for customer operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OHS regulations.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
• Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 90 % of the time.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactive, customer‑first mindset.
