Senior/Lead IFS HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead IFS HCM Consultant to own the end‑to‑end delivery of Human Capital Management processes on IFS Cloud for an international client. You will lead solution design, configuration, go‑live, and post‑implementation support while collaborating closely with HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and solution design.
• Configure core HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management.
• Support payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and related integrations (biometric systems, payroll interfaces, finance).
• Drive HR data migration, validation and testing.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go‑Live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement after Go‑Live.
• Engage HR leadership, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of ERP HR/HCM consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of hire‑to‑retire HR processes, payroll and statutory compliance.
• Experience in data migration, payroll testing and Go‑Live support.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and training capabilities.
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred.
