About the role
As a Retail Sales Desk Executive you will be the front‑line representative of DHL Express at our Retail Center, responsible for driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate retail sales and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Implement sales activation programmes that align with local business strategies.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards to reflect DHL’s premium brand.
- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring optimal customer interaction and brand impact.
Required profile
- Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level Examination and full or partial qualification in Sales or Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and objective approach to problem‑solving and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
