About the role

As a Retail Sales Desk Executive you will be the front‑line representative of DHL Express at our Retail Center, responsible for driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate retail sales and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Implement sales activation programmes that align with local business strategies.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual standards to reflect DHL’s premium brand.
  • Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring optimal customer interaction and brand impact.

Required profile

  • Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level Examination and full or partial qualification in Sales or Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical and objective approach to problem‑solving and issue resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
